Hi Sensational Souls!

Each week I take and answer questions from members in our Facebook community, Manifest It!, and this week I received the following inquiry around what is the most important daily action!

Question: there are so many processes that seem important such as gratitude, journaling, visualization, meditation, and affirmations. I am sure there are more, but what is THE MOST important action not to miss every day?

Answer (Journal Girl Jaclyn):

I’m so glad you asked this question! In my humble opinion, I do truly believe they all have EQUAL weight to them for each day. The reason why I state this is because they build upon each other and weave through each other to bring out your soul’s highest consciousness. In daily practice all of these things will feel more and more familiar to you and will weave together into what feels like second nature- and this is so exciting because I have done this and I know it works!

Gratitude is the ROOT of all manifestations because like attracts like. You have heard it before: being grateful for things allow you to be open to receive more things to be grateful for in life. This is why I deem it to be the root of the manifestation process! So as soon as you wake up in the morning, be thankful for your bed, for your warm/cool air circulation throughout your home, your home itself, think and say to yourself how thankful you are for everything for the first 3 to 4 minutes while you are getting ready for your day. This will help uplift you and set your intention for the rest of your day to be more abundant and prosperous!

Using visualizations can be both in meditation and in journaling, so mix it up! Visualizations are super powerful because you are bringing to life what you create in your mind when you feed your visualization more and more with excitement, joyfulness, and anything else that has you feeling positive and feeling GOOD. Concentrate on the rich colors in your mind or journal them out through your writing as you envision yourself and your surroundings through your visualization. Focus on the textures of everything and the sounds you hear within your visualization. Whether you are closing your eyes to visualize or journaling it all out, both cause your brain to react with images and the more detail you bring OUT through the visualization, the more REAL it feels. This impacts your feelings around all of it because it feels more real. When you perform positive visualizations and journaling, you feel GOOD, thus you are grateful because you enjoy these realistic explorations! Keep practicing it every single day because it will get easier and easier to do so as you explore your creative imagination! I close my eyes and visualize, but I also journal. I journal in the mornings and do my visualizations with my eyes closed at the end of the day when I’m unwinding.

Affirmations can be used in gratitude, meditation, and in journaling! When you are grateful, you are affirming everything that brings your soul joy and happiness. When you are meditating, you can use affirmations to help anchor in what it is you want to sort of “hypnotize” yourself over. If you want to learn how to trust yourself to be calm and relaxed more, you can think positive, self-affirmations through meditation with empowering phrases being spoken to yourself in your mind as you breathe. Furthermore, using affirmations through journaling can help you to establish your power and maintain your power because you are training your mind and your feelings through these transforming affirmations each and every day by writing them down and anchoring them through this route.

I feel they all play a very important part in the entire web of your soul’s higher being. And doing all of this on a consistent basis, daily, will help you to weave it all together into what feels like second nature! Practice, practice, practice, you CAN do it! Have faith in yourself and don’t focus or worry about if you are doing any of it in the “right” way. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this, just start with one and start building to it as you practice one area more and more. You’ve got this!

Carpe Diem!
