Your Response Helps To Dictate Your Manifestation

How are you responding to your life? Do you react, or are you more proactive? Are you in control of your thoughts and emotions? Or, do you allow your free-flowing thoughts and emotions dictate you and your life?

Remember, a thought is a fleeting existence within you. What you FOCUS on is what persists. You ARE in control of your own mindset, your own thoughts, your own feelings, your own emotions. I have a secret: I am a bit of a germa-phobe. I logically KNOW there is no way around germs; however, I try to educate myself on them so that it is not so scary. What we as humans don’t know can perpetuate the fears we have. It is so empowering to take something you have limiting or negative beliefs/feelings around and turn them around by educating yourself on the subject.

You want to manifest your desires, right? So you are educating yourself around how to do so. Manifesting is a lot of fun and very powerful, but you have to learn how to control your thoughts and feelings. You CAN master your mindset, and it takes practice to do so. You want to live in happiness and in abundance, right?

So exercise your mindset by doing your mindset work DAILY. When you educate yourself, you are stronger in your belief that you ARE able to respond to a situation more appropriately towards your desire to feel good. We all want to live in peace and tranquility. If we react through strong emotions of worry and fear, we are enhancing this into the Universe and the Universe thinks you want MORE of the same. So you keep this cyclical pattern going. You CAN change this at any given moment in time. There is no “it’s too late” when it comes to mastering your mindset and manifesting your desires.

You CAN do this, keep going! Check in with yourself, check in with your mindset, every day. Take 5 to 10 minutes and write down everything you are thankful for that has happened during your day. Set your intention by writing your new reality as IS in the present each day. Really FEEL into it with visualization as you write. I even visualize in strong details before falling asleep each night of my new reality as IS in the present. And then I let go, I surrender to the Universe, I KNOW and BELIEVE and TRUST it IS currently manifesting. And it is! I go on about my life in being so grateful for everything I have right now and I reflect and celebrate everything that has come to me and has changed me for the better! I strive by being proactive to living in peace and tranquility.

I am CHOOSING what thoughts to have, what feelings to emote, and what to focus on because I practice at it every single day. And the manifestations come into the physical realm because I keep going at this! A “setback” is not actually a setback, it’s a gestation period. Think of the bow and arrow: the arrow is being pulled back with a lot of friction…then it launches forward! You can do this! Keep going!
