It’s The Weekend! A Few Helpful Reminders

Hey Sensational Soul!

It’s the weekend and I have just a few short things to remind you:

– What you focus on expands, so focus on what you WANT in life. Acknowledge your limiting feelings, but ALLOW them to pass through you.

– Every morning when you wake up and you are getting ready for you day, either do your Mastering Your Mindset journaling then, or do you self-affirmations in your head and/or say them out loud to yourself. This will help you to set your intentions for the day.

– As you go throughout each day, set your alarm, mark your calendar, or whatever works for you to ping at you and remind you to re-affirm your daily affirmations, DO IT! Eventually it will start to feel like second nature to you.

– Performing powerful mindset journaling is an effective way to truly visualize and WRITE your new reality into existence. When we write, we write with conviction. This is SO POWERFUL in helping you to visualize what you are manifesting. And when you do this on a daily basis (whether it be writing with your hand or typing), you start to shift your mindset. So sharpen that pencil or open that laptop!

– Make sure you stay consistent in your mindset work on a DAILY basis. Just like learning to ride a bike, tie your shoes, or whatever you learned to do in your life, shifting your mindset can also be achieved through daily repetition and consistency. You CAN do this!
