I Surpassed Gabby Bernstein, So Thankful (Also, Donate)!

I want to take a moment and say THANK YOU SO MUCH for supporting my book, Don’t Feel Stuck! I am very appreciative to everyone who has not only purchased it; but, who has also given me feedback on how it has TRANSFORMED your lives into a positive state of being and doing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This morning, much to my surprise, my book surpassed Gabrielle Bernstein’s Spirit Junkie. Thank you so much!

These past few days I have been deeply saddened by the California wildfires. If you haven’t already, please donate to the Red Cross and to animal organizations in California who need help and support right now. I have donated as much as I can and it feels so great to be able to give back to those who are in need.

Here are some tips to help you out when you are feeling down or having a rough day:

▪ Journal out everything that has you feeling down and then in the NEXT paragraph, journal out the OPPOSITE of your previous statements. So, if you write out, “I am always feeling so sad lately and I don’t know how to get myself out of it” turn it around and state, “I acknowledge that I have been feeling so sad lately, but now I CHOOSE to allow it to pass through me and instead focus on things that bring happy feelings to me such as…”
▪ I like to use the app, Calm, and meditate for at least 5-10 minutes whenever I’m feeling down. I try to meditate more often, but I still consider myself a beginner in meditating in general. And no, they did NOT pay me to mention them. I just really like the app!
▪ I like to watch, listen to, and read motivational speakers. One of my most favorite is the psychologist, Dr. Wayne Dyer. I love him so much! I wish he were still around to give all of us even MORE wisdom.

The important thing to remember is that you are NOT alone when you are feeling down or sad about things going on in your life. And it does NOT mean you aren’t manifesting your life’s goals and dreams. You still ARE manifesting, I promise!

Do you think Rome was built in a day? No way! These things take time, and they ARE manifesting into your physical realm in Divine timing and by the Divine “how”. LEAN INTO your faith more and more during moments of mental and emotional struggles. Release, surrender, let go, and TRUST the process.
