When using the Law of Attraction it’s tempting to believe you have to vibrate at a positive level 100% of the time and be on your “A” game with your career and in your life.
But this is a misconception I strongly want to communicate to you and this is why a lot of people struggle with using the Law of Attraction.
Yes, take manifesting action daily to show the Universe the particles of your desires you’re funneling into your physical sphere. And this includes taking manifesting action of self-care, too.
Allow Room For Your Desires to Respond TO You
In order to avoid mental, emotional, and physical burnout it’s crucial to establish self-care guidelines in order to maintain your manifesting pace.
What are you committed to doing daily AND weekly in order to maintain your self-care and manifesting pace?
For example, during your Mastering ManiFASTing journaling:
I am committing to meditating for 10 minutes each day so my desires come to me with ease.
Be Committed to Self-Care FOR Your Desires to Come TO You
Take what you journaled out and create a summarized “Guide List” so that you can refer to it whenever you are feeling tired. For example,
We are creatures of habit, we like to have guidelines and routines in our lives. So, use them to your advantage for your self-care in order to allow room for your desires to come TO you.
BONUS! This also keeps you from struggling with the Law of Attraction because you aren’t obsessing over the “how” of it. You relax more and trust the process more this way. And when you surrender to the “how” and the “when” of your manifestations emerging into your physical realm, BAM! They arrive.
