This month I am talking about how to use journaling in order to lose weight. That’s right, and it’s totally possible! Have you ever done this before?

Whether you are using a pen (black or colored ink) or your laptop’s keyboard, this is a wonderful tool in what I like to call, “writing into reality.” It’s literally what you DO- as long as you allow for it to be a possibility.

You program your subconscious by using your conscious to TRAIN both your conscious and subconscious. As you train your mindset, you start to SHIFT, and this is where the magic takes place.

And my purpose is to help YOU learn how to do this in all my work I have created for you!
