Soulful Secret Tip

Hey Beautiful Soul,

The quote in the above is from my best-selling book. Our feelings and emotions fluctuate several times per day, sometimes more intense than other days. I want to share with you a type of meditation I like to use to help me remain centered and balance as much as humanly possible. I perform this type of meditation each night before falling asleep:

Mindful Breathing Meditation

Each night I climb into bed and lay on my back. I put my arms straight along my body and the palm of my hands are faced down.
I slowly breathe in for about 7 or 8 seconds and slowly breathe out in the same amount of time.
After a minute or two (whichever feels comfortable for you), I’ll begin visualizing good things, all good things, that have happened this week and in my life. I let my mind wander free with positive energy. I stay focused on the positive, even if it’s just me imagining myself running through a field of flowers or laying in bed in a cabin in the mountains. I do this for about 2-3 minutes.
I finish by focusing on my breathing again, slowly breathing in and out for another minute or 2, and sometimes even longer. And I do it until I am fast asleep.

I hope this soulful meditation secret helps you to have a good night’s rest. It’s important to get enough sleep so you are full of manifesting energy with setting your manifesting intentions each day.
