Hey Beautiful Soul,

I want to thank EVERYONE so much for your kind messages over the past few days. This past week has been trying on my mindset from online trolls calling me a Hollywood “yacht girl”, my work being called “snake oil”, to having lost my little cat, Zoe, 2 days ago. She was my sweet girl I had for 12 years. Gilley, my dog, and I are now trying to get adjusted to living without her. I feel a little better now, but I will admit losing her is not easy for me. We wish our pets could stay with us and transition with us at the same time.

I’m sure given our world’s current situation there is a lot of anxiety right now for most of us, including me. I really hope you are not listening to anything that is being said except for what the CDC and WHO publishes with regards to your medical well-being.

Hey Beautiful Soul,

How are you holding up? As we are encouraged to stay home, this is a great time to hit the “reset” button and make some magic happen. Remember, the Universe operates in a boomerang effect, so what you vibrate into it through your thoughts, feelings, and actions, are what is reflected TO you.

A Fun Exercise to Help You ManiFAST

Think of one desire you’re manifesting into your physical realm for this year. Pick a desire that is attainable, but still stretches your comfort zone a bit. Write it down, say it loud, type it onto a computer screen, just claim it through this kind of manifesting action. Energy influences itself.
Washing our hands is super important right now. Make a commitment to wash your hands at least 5 times each day while at home. Each time you wash your hands for 20 seconds, I want you to say in your mind or say out loud:

I choose to believe I am manifesting…with ease because I know it’s mine. Thank you, Universe, I trust your process!

Do this every day for the next week and let me that you’ve done this. I will do this same exercise for one of my own 2020 desires. Each time you do this, say it with conviction. You gotta do this exercise with intention because it IS taking manifesting action to show the Universe you mean business.
Lastly, you know it was coming, you gotta take further manifesting action by utilizing your time at home to propel yourself towards your manifestation. Whether it’s enrolling in an online classreading a “how-to” bookjoining an online group to ask the steps and share ideas with others who have experience with your manifestation, commit to take manifesting action to propel yourself forward in receiving your desire.

Big steps, small steps, doesn’t matter, take the steps because your energy vibrations are communicating to the Universe:

Being Fearful During the Coronavirus


I hope you’re safe and healthy during this time. It’s easy to allow your mind to go to fear, especially during this time. During these moments I focus on my breathing slowly and deeply each time I feel a panic try to rise within me. While I breathe slowly and deeply, I imagine myself in my “happy place”, which is being in my comfy bed, surrounded by comfy pillows and blankets. Of course, my loved ones and pets are with me.

I urge you to do the same with breathing exercises and focusing on YOUR happy place whenever you feel a panic start to rise within you. Because chosen focus is a strong decision and action.

I know it’s a scary time for some of us right now with the virus. Please continue to adhere to the advice of washing your hands often and staying at home as much as you can so you’re participating in social distancing. I’m going to stay home and work for a bit to adhere to this advice.

I want to tell you that you are okay and you’re going to be okay.

I love you all and I believe in each of you. I have been on vacation the past few days for my birthday. I will resume normal hourly 1:1 consultations starting this Wednesday, 3/18/2020.
