Being Fearful During the Coronavirus


I hope you’re safe and healthy during this time. It’s easy to allow your mind to go to fear, especially during this time. During these moments I focus on my breathing slowly and deeply each time I feel a panic try to rise within me. While I breathe slowly and deeply, I imagine myself in my “happy place”, which is being in my comfy bed, surrounded by comfy pillows and blankets. Of course, my loved ones and pets are with me.

I urge you to do the same with breathing exercises and focusing on YOUR happy place whenever you feel a panic start to rise within you. Because chosen focus is a strong decision and action.

I know it’s a scary time for some of us right now with the virus. Please continue to adhere to the advice of washing your hands often and staying at home as much as you can so you’re participating in social distancing. I’m going to stay home and work for a bit to adhere to this advice.

I want to tell you that you are okay and you’re going to be okay.

I love you all and I believe in each of you. I have been on vacation the past few days for my birthday. I will resume normal hourly 1:1 consultations starting this Wednesday, 3/18/2020.

Do You Feel Fed Up with Everything During the Holidays?

Christmas is a stressful time for me. I come from an Italian/American culture where my grandfather is the head of the household. I may not have mentioned this before, but my grandfather pioneered the personal PC with IBM and has patents on his computer inventions, including one on artificial intelligence, before it ALL came into mainstream existence. My amazing grandfather is 86, and comes from a totally different school of thought.

I wish I could have put him and Steve Jobs with Apple into the same room and watch them have a discussion ((insert me kicking back with a glass of wine and popcorn, trying not to laugh while experiencing such a phenomenon between two strong-minded inventors)).

I love him so much, he is an amazing soul, and he made wonderful advancements in the world. Nonetheless, being with family can be VERY intense, both mentally and emotionally.

Do you have a family member you are a lot alike, therefore you often get into heated moments with them?

This would be me with my grandfather. We are very similar in how we think, how we make decisions, and how we take action.

While I try to go every Christmas without allowing my own temper and strong-minded opinions to interfere with joyous moments of homemade meatballs and tomato sauce, I still come home feeling exhausted.


Therefore, I have created these exploration prompts for you to reflect on as we go into the new year. I did them this morning and I already feel disconnected from my thoughts and feelings from over this past week.

Don’t worry about overthinking them, just go with the flow of whatever comes to mind for you. The point is to mentally and emotionally take a break:

Great job! How do you feel now? Hopefully refreshed and more positive. While so much can drive us crazy during the holidays (traveling, money, family opinions, etc.), it’s super important to make sure we stay centered from our soul’s core. This is so we can be open to our manifestations emerging into our physical realm even faster.

Life is like a roller coaster, there’s ups AND downs, including with your thoughts and emotions. One thing I do to help get my soul back into alignment whenever I have wobbly moments is to create a self-alignment checklist and I keep it in my wallet in my handbag for a quick grab.

I create my self-alignment checklist when I’m feeling IN alignment. But, I use the checklist when I need to get myself BACK INTO alignment.

For your Mastering ManiFASTing journaling (and to create your checklist), write out:

Right now I’m thinking… (literally write this out so when you’re thinking negative thoughts you can finish this sentence in the moment either by talking to yourself or writing it out)
Right now I’m feeling… (literally write this out so when you’re feeling panicked, stressed, scared, etc. you can finish this sentence in the moment either by talking to yourself or writing it out)
I acknowledge you and I now choose to release you because you are not serving my soul for my highest happiness.
I am now choosing, instead, to think… (finish this sentence right now with empowering thoughts you want to think, so when you’re in a negative state you can switch directions with your empowering intentions in that specific moment)
I am now choosing, instead, to feel… (finish this sentence right now with descriptions of feelings that you want to feel, so when negative thoughts strike you can switch directions BECAUSE of your empowering intentions through your chosen focus)

Self-Alignment Checklist: Mission Accomplished

Great job! This handy self-alignment checklist is a guide for you for anytime you feel wobbly while on your soul’s path of manifesting. Of course, you can always change your open-ended answers at any point in time. The beauty of this is you’re giving yourself permission to choose how you want to think and feel going forward.

Acknowledge the negative thought/feeling, allow it to pass through you, set your empowering intentions and go forth in that direction. You’ve got this!
