Put your favorite song on repeat, light your favorite candle, and get into that feeling zen place as you journal out the following in WHATEVER comes to mind in the moment (just let it ALL OUT):

– Now that I am completely in FLOW, I…(write this sentence and finish this sentence stem 45 times)

– I claim…as done- it is now done! (write this sentence and fill in the middle of the sentence 45 times)

– I am SO thankful for my life, I am feeling…(write this sentence and finish this sentence stem 20 times)

Claim it! Declare it! Express your gratitude! There is no right way or wrong way to to do this, just get into it and allow your soul to speak.

When Your Day Is Hard…Just Remember

Hey Sensational Soul!

We are human and we do not ALWAYS have high-vibe, high-energy days. So, when you are having one of those hard days just remember to be super gentle with yourself and take everything one day (or even one hour) at a time.

Acknowledge the limiting thoughts that pop into your head, but ALLOW them to pass through you. They do NOT have control over you. What you give power to is what you deem as truth. It is only a story, but you deem it to be true because you give it (the thoughts and beliefs) so much power. YOU are the powerful being and YOU are the master of your thoughts (NOT the other way around).

Remember:

You ARE enough.

You ARE doing really great.

You ARE making progress.

You ARE allowed to have your dreams.

You ARE worthy enough to have you desire.

You ARE manifesting your new reality.

You ARE so amazing and things ARE getting better.

Keep going!

Focus on what you WANT.

Focus on how far you have come (even from a year ago).

Focus on how blessed you are (there are many who would LOVE to have what you have in life).

My soulmate reminded me last night (and he’s right): tomorrow is a NEW day. If you are having a hard time right now, guess what: this, too, shall pass.

Be gentle and loving towards yourself. Give yourself the love that you need. Surround yourself with people who encourage and support you- ALWAYS. Go for a walk, take a nap, meditate, do yoga, play piano, listen to some great music, light some candles, go take a bath, read some books, and do your mindset journaling.

Do your mindset journaling DAILY. I had a hard past 2 days, but I still did my mindset journaling. I even journaled last night before bed and I felt so much better. Each time you set your intentions through your mindset work, you are vibrating into the Universe what you want more of: like attracts like. Positive intentions attract more positive things, same with negative and limiting intentions. So what do you want to focus on with your thoughts?

Don’t think you have to be happy and positive 100% of the time- we are human, not robots. What you FOCUS ON expands. So give yourself some love, you’re doing a GREAT job, and keep going!
