I Surpassed One of Deepak Chopra’s and Eckhart Tolle’s Books

It’s for REAL! I first saw it in my mind’s eye. And then I released it into the Universe and went on about my life. 1 week later I see it within my physical realm. I have officially surpassed one of Deepak Chopra’s books in sales ranking on Amazon. Bonus! I even surpassed one of Eckhart Tolle’s books as well!

Last week I closed my eyes and visualized my book’s ranking being higher than Deepak Chopra’s ranking. I did this visualization exercise for about 5 minutes. And then I just released it into the Universe and carried on with my life and my work as usual. I didn’t care about the outcome of it, I just SURRENDERED to the Universe and ALLOWED my blessings to happen HOWEVER and WHENEVER. And it happened within my physical realm TODAY. And yes, I am VERY thankful!

Hold on loosely, allow it to shift into your physical realm. Just let it all do its thing, no attachments to it, and watch how fast it emerges into our physical “reality”!

Progress Happens in Spurts That Continue Over Time

You know the law of attraction, like attracts like. And this is so true! But what they may not tell you is that manifesting is a journey, it’s a progression that happens in spurts that continue over time. I have manifested SO MUCH in the course of 2 years; but, it’s not like it was all roses each day over these past 2 years. We are really hard on ourselves when we aren’t making uphill progress every single day.

Why do we put so much PRESSURE ourselves to perform at optimum levels 100% of the time?

Give Yourself a Break! Break Off a Piece of That Peace of MIND

Do you know there are blessings that happen to you, FOR you, each day? You may not realize them because when you think of the law of attraction your expectations of receiving your manifestations are that you’re supposed to receive through miraculous Hollywood moments. However, each day IS filled with miraculous moments. They are just moments we all tend to take for granted such as your warm bed to sleep in, your shoes you walk in, your fridge that holds your food, food itself, and even your own toilet!

There are souls in the world who WISH they could have the things and the people you DO have your in your life right now.

So, give yourself a break. Manifesting is journey, and the progression of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you are calling into your physical realm mainly happen in spurts that continue over time. They happen over time. Time is all relative, anyway.

When you put it all into perspective and think about it, the ones who “succeed in life” are the ones who don’t give up. The ones who “succeed” in manifesting their life goals and dreams are the ones who understand that blessings are all around us, each and every day. It’s in the “little things” that we CHOOSE to believe they aren’t, in fact, little things at all.

I Have a Challenge for You

For this week each day (doesn’t matter when during the day) I want you to journal out and state with real conviction 10 things/people/moments you are thankful to have in your life. There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for in each day. And when you DECLARE them with true conviction how thankful you ARE for everything in your life, your gratitude vibrates your tiny, fast-moving particles within the Universe and communicates to the Universe through its boomerang effect: more of this please.

And as you practice gratitude each day during your Mastering Your Mindset journaling, you build upon it, thus gaining momentum with your intentions you are setting for yourself and for your life. Bonus! You are always manifesting either away from your desires or towards your desires. So, when you build your gratitude, you build your path moving even closer to your manifestations. YES! It’s so true!

No sense in beating yourself up over things in your life.

The more you focus on beating yourself up and not on loving yourself by being thankless, the easier it will get for you to CONTINUE beating yourself up and not loving yourself. Thus, you are moving farther away from gratitude…and you are vibrating within the Universe that you want MORE of the same.

Everything is a matter of perspective.

Your Power is in the NOW

Keep going each day. No need to obsess over what you are currently manifesting into your life. You ARE manifesting it and it IS yours and it IS coming to you, FOR you. Do not worry that it’s not happening! It IS happening, just relax and be thankful for everything you DO have in your life, including the people and the moments you experience in your life.

For example, I am SO THANKFUL for my big, purple, velvety, and comfy couch I sit on each day because I get to open my laptop (another blessing) and help many souls around this phenomenal planet through my messages, my book, and trainings to living a positive mindset and gaining clarity about life’s truest purpose for our happiness.

Your power is in the NOW, it’s right now. It’s not next year, it’s not last year, and it’s not even next week. It’s in the right NOW. Today. We are not promised tomorrow, we only have today. What are you CHOOSING to focus on with regards to today? What are you thankful for in today’s gifts? And what are you CHOOSING to believe that is your truth. It’s all relative, the particles are vibrating, why not have them vibrate into shapes and forms that you want MORE OF into your physical realm? We don’t see with our eyes, we see with our mind.

Our eyes are only our windows, wash them occasionally, so you can SEE with your mind everything you CHOOSE to focus on in your life.

And believe, believe in the Universe because it IS working behind the scenes to re-arrange everything on your path. It IS giving you either exactly what you are asking for; or, it is giving you things that are SO MUCH BETTER for your soul’s highest happiness. Be thankful, count your blessings, and do the challenge I mentioned above for this next week (and do it every day). You’ve got this!

In Honor of My Upcoming Book, Let’s Talk About LOVE

My upcoming book about how to manifest your ideal relationship is a little over 1 month away in being published! I’m so excited to help you go from feeling loveless in life into feeling FULL of love AND be able to SHIFT your mindset beliefs AND your life with regards to L.O.V.E.

Before I met my chemist, I was single for 9 years and I was feeling as if timing was ALWAYS off for me when it comes to love relationships. And because I believed over time that my timing with love was always off, this is how it actually came to be. And what I didn’t realize before I realized it all was that I was SO SCARED to speak up about my true feelings that I just didn’t speak up at all. And then it became too late for the relationship.

Furthermore, because I kept up this cyclical fearful behavior, not only was I not getting anywhere with love; but I also gathered more internal documentation to further prove that “the timing is always off for me” was in fact TRUE. Can you understand where I’m going with this?

I created my own perpetual cycle of:

1) not speaking up about my TRUE feelings to others
2) by not speaking up at all the timing DID become off for me in love
3) I kept internally repeating the same patterns of fearful mindset behavioral patterns that turned into patterns of actions
4) I gathered more and more of the same data to further prove my OWN mindset belief about love with regards to my own self and my own life.

Whoa! Let this sink in…

So, What DO you Do About This?

The reason why I was able to identify my mindset belief patterns was because I made the decision and the commitment to CHANGE my ways, thus my life, and ALLOW in all my blessings. This is actually how I manifested 99% of everything I ever wanted into my life within 10 months!

Change is what creates CHANGES for the BETTER in your life. ALLOW for changes so that you ALLOW your blessings to come into your physical realm.

Both your conscious and your subconscious are at work with regards to your mindset beliefs. In order to SHIFT your mindset beliefs from a place of limit and lack TO a place of free-flow abundance of blessings, you must identify what is keeping you feeling STUCK in your life. Note: I’m saying “feeling stuck” because this is what it is. You are not stuck, you are just feeling stuck. There is a huge difference.

You can seriously call in anything you want into your physical realm. All you have to do is BELIEVE that it’s happening to you, for you. Manifesting is a skill, it’s a journey. It’s not a destination from being at point A and going to point B in order to be fulfilled in your life. And each time you do receive your manifestation into your physical realm, you want MORE into your life. This is just a natural thing us humans crave in the Universe.

The First Steps to Shifting Your Shit

The first step to shifting not only within your mindset beliefs, but also in your life is to be open to change. If you are not open to changes, then HOW COULD your blessings come into your life? Fear is strong for many of us, but when is enough, enough in your current state of your life?

The second step to shifting not only within your mindset beliefs, but also in your life is to start discovering and uncovering WHY you have your current state of beliefs. Why do you honestly believe the way you do right now with regards to what you are calling into your physical realm (but it hasn’t arrived yet)?

The third step to shifting not only within your mindset beliefs, but also in your life is to practice doing your Mastering Your Mindset work DAILY. You are learning a skill, just like when you learned how to ride a bike and drive a car. It didn’t happen overnight, but it happened. And it CAN happen very quickly!

When you are performing your Mastering Your Mindset journaling, ask yourself:

1) Why am I in my current state with regards to love?

2) What happened to me to create and perpetuate these strong beliefs?

3) What is the worst that could happen if I allow my current mindset beliefs to continue?

4) What is the best that could happen if I ALLOW myself to SHIFT with changes in my mindset beliefs?

5) What is the best that could happen if I ALLOW myself to SHIFT with changes in my actions?

Start there and really get honest with yourself. Get completely REAL with yourself, there is no right or wrong answer. What you are doing is uncovering and discovering how your subconscious is currently ticking within that phenomenally magical brain of yours. Oh, and if you haven’t figured it out already, you can use this exercise with ANYTHING you are wanting to shift within your mindset and in your life. Just change the topic when you do your mindset journaling!

Learning How to Attract Your Soul-Vibe Tribe

Hey Sensational Soul!

Every week I like to give FREE Mastering Your Mindset training to help you tune into your thought patterns and how they are communicating to both your soul’s core and to the Universe. This week’s training is aimed at attracting the kind of friendships you really desire into your life. However, this can also be used for attracting ANYONE and EVERYONE who vibes with your soul because your soul’s vibe attracts your soul’s tribe. So, let’s get started!

Journal Out the Following:

1) Answer this sentence stem at least 10 times: the character traits I admire are…

2) Can I answer at least 3 people in my life who exemplify the above character traits? If yes, who are they and what traits do they embody? If not, are there any book or movie characters you can think of who embody these traits?

3) Finish this sentence stem 5 times: the character traits I admire in myself are…because…

4) Between prompts #1, #2, and #3, are there any commonalities that you notice? For example, maybe both #1 and #3 are “funny”. Or, maybe both #2 and #3 are “adventurous” and “energetic”, usually energetic people like to do adventurous things.

5) Looking over the commonalities between prompts #1, #2, and #3, how do you think these types would spend their free time? For example, a “funny” person might like to go to comedy clubs or go to funny movies. “Exciting” and “adventurous” people might like to go indoor sky-diving or off-trail bike riding. Brainstorm hobbies of the character traits you admire. There is no right or wrong answer to this, just let whatever comes to mind out onto paper or your computer document.

6) Look over the ideas you came up with for #5, are you partaking in these kinds of hobbies, yourself? Why or why not?

7) If you answered “yes” to #6, what might be keeping you from meeting others who share similar hobbies, even though you partake in them (what are you afraid of)? If you answered “no” to #6, what are you afraid of when it comes to partaking in this hobby, yourself?

8) Why do YOU think you are not meeting the type of friends you long to have in your life?

9) Now that you have confronted what you are afraid of with regards to meeting your soul’s tribe, answer this question: what is the worst that could happen if you took a chance on meeting new people in general?

10) Now that you have confronted what you are afraid of with regards to meeting your soul’s tribe, answer this question: what is the best that could happen if you took a chance on meeting new people in general?

11) Free-flow it for the next 2-3 minutes by finishing this sentence stem: I am now CHOOSING to COMMIT to being open to receiving my soul-tribe by…

12) Have you joined Facebook groups, clubs, or meetup.com groups around your hobbies and interests? Just an idea…

Be Open & Allow For It

Be OPEN to meeting new people. I know, I’m an introvert. I do understand that it can be scary at times. But I just remember that when I join a Facebook group or a club it’s because I love the hobby (itself).

So, I don’t really think about the people because I don’t want to overwhelm myself all at once. I focus on the hobby and the interest, and then people come into my sphere.

Through time by being 100% MYSELF, my soul’s vibe assembles my soul-tribe…and the others just fall away. It takes time, commitment to your end-results, and faith that you ARE meeting your soul-tribe. It’s totally happening for you! Have a wonderful weekend!

Setting Boundaries Is Healthy, No Matter Who You Upset (A Rant)

Hey Sensational Soul!

If you’re anything like me, you don’t like to upset others. In fact, harmony is more important to you than ruffling other people’s feathers.

However…

You wake up sometimes and you think to yourself, “I’m ALWAYS giving in some shape or form and people just keep taking from me! I’m so exhausted of this and I’m ready to just hide from the entire world!”

I felt this way for years, and I do mean YEARS. Then I decided I needed to examine WHY I was allowing others to take advantage of me, take me for granted, and just keep taking from me altogether.

And this is what I’ve learned:

▪ Pleasing everyone around you is NOT going to make them happy. In fact, it makes them even more greedy in their need to be supplied with whatever it is they want from you. You give them an inch and they want a mile. You give them a mile and they want 100 miles. It’s a cyclical form of self-sabotage that leads you FURTHER AWAY from your own self-love. Sure, I know, you are going to make up an excuse such as, “But so and so needs me to do this…” Whatever, you don’t love yourself and it shows.
▪ Putting others before yourself is actually going to make things WORSE for you and for others. But how? It’s because you set unrealistic expectations towards others when you put them before yourself. And this leads to lack of respect that you so crave from others BECAUSE they know they can turn to you at ANY point in time, for ANYthing. You’re now the “welcome” mat you didn’t realize you have become until it got all muddy and peed on from dogs passing by while on their walk.
▪ Being the person who “saves the day” for everyone else drains your energy and makes you a cranky soul no one wants to be around- and then you end up feeling lonely because no one wants to be around you because you’re so damn cranky! Yep.

Newsflash, you ARE human. You are NOT a robot, you are not Iron Man, and you are NOT Superman or Batman either. I hate to disappoint you…I would choose Batman; but this is beside the point.

If you are agreeing to a lot of requests by others, you are draining your energy reserve. And when you drain your energy reserve, you don’t have much energy left to take care of yourself. And when you don’t take care of yourself, you get cranky because “the vampires”, as I like to call them, keep wanting to suck your blood/energy from you. Not ALL vampires are as enjoyable to be around as Count Dracula on Sesame Street…

I’ve been there. I’ve most definitely been there. And I needed a HUGE wake-up call

Most people don’t realize their 1 or 2 requests are being multiplied by 30 or more people/situations on a daily basis. So, of course, they don’t realize that you are smiling and nodding “yes” when inside you are wishing and praying, “If only I could manifest a 20-minute nap” each day. This brings me to this question:

Are you getting enough sleep at night? Probably not. I’m in the same boat, sometimes.

So, what can you do to turn this all around?

▪ Before you RESPOND to an email, to someone in person, or to them over the phone, tell them you will get back to them soon because you need to check your schedule. And then really think about it asking yourself, “Do I REALLY want to do this for this person? Or, am I just wanting to say ‘yes’ so that way I don’t upset them?”
▪ Understand that no matter how much you please others, you are NEVER going to be able to make EVERYONE happy. I mean, just last night I blocked some negative asshole on social media because he decided to drink the negative Kool-Aid and was spamming my social media page with rude comments and gestures.

So, I put my foot down on social media (along with a cheeky and funny photo quote) warning everyone that I WILL block their ass if they come onto my page and spam my page with rudeness and negativity (I don’t do that to their pages). Well, one person (not the person I blocked) actually blocked ME after leaving a response stating they didn’t like my “temper tantrum”.

Cue…what’s the phrase? Oh, “Byyyyeeee, Felicia!”

Listen, I don’t care who you are, if you’re going to be rude TO me, I’m just going to block you because “ain’t nobody got time for that.”

Why try to please people who cannot understand that it’s actually a GOOD THING to have healthy boundaries in life? Yes, I am here to help people, we all have our gifts we share with the world; but this doesn’t mean I should stand for bullying. HELL NO!

You can’t please everyone, and you really shouldn’t WANT to please everyone, anyway. Own yourself, you are a total badass at life and you DO deserve the self-respect you maintain FOR your own soul. Which brings me to my next point…

▪ You can’t pour from an empty cup. If you are spending most of your time each day tending to others’ needs, you won’t have any time for yourself and to refuel your OWN energy. And after a while this leads to a train-wreck (i.e.- you, wall, you hit wall, you fall down).

What to do instead?

PACE YOURSELF. Utilize a calendar on your phone and space out each task, each day. For example, I perform my Mastering Your Mindset journaling each day and I allot myself at least 5-10 minutes each day to do it. And then I allow myself 30 minutes or so to respond to emails/messages, an hour and a half for blogging, etc. (space it all out).

Also, when you pace yourself and spread things out on your calendar, you are not only more likely to STICK to completing them; but you are also more confident in replying to a request to help set the necessary healthy boundary in place, “Let me check my schedule and I will get with you soon!”

And then you look at your calendar and buy yourself some time to figure out:

1) do I really want to do this? Or, am I just saying “yes” because I don’t want to upset others?

And

2) where can I fit this in my day and on what day (BECAUSE I really want to do this)?

Before last year I had NO CLUE what it meant to have healthy boundaries in place for myself. And then I woke up after feeling completely drained and just plain irritable. Not to mention that I had a health scare and was ordered “to rest” for a week. I’m happy to say my blood pressure is in good condition, thanks TO setting healthy boundaries. BONUS! I lost 21 lbs. when I took back my OWN power and put my self-love and care FIRST. No gym required.

When you live by your own healthy boundaries you put into place, you start to feel calmer, happier, more at ease, in flow, and in alignment. And then everything you want to manifest comes more rapidly BECAUSE you are emitting calmer, happier, more at ease, in flow, and in alignment vibes into the Universe stating, “more of these types of blessings, please!”

I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your thought and behavioral patterns if you are feeling overworked, overstretched, and completely drained of your energy.

And for your Mastering Your Mindset journaling, ask yourself the following and journal out your answer at least 5 times:

▪ WHY am I constantly feeling stressed/tired/anxious/nervous/etc.?
▪ WHAT could I be thinking/feeling and doing INSTEAD in order to fulfill my self needs and self-love?

It’s time to get more in touch with your soul’s wants and needs, Baby!
