I Surpassed One of Deepak Chopra’s and Eckhart Tolle’s Books

It’s for REAL! I first saw it in my mind’s eye. And then I released it into the Universe and went on about my life. 1 week later I see it within my physical realm. I have officially surpassed one of Deepak Chopra’s books in sales ranking on Amazon. Bonus! I even surpassed one of Eckhart Tolle’s books as well!

Last week I closed my eyes and visualized my book’s ranking being higher than Deepak Chopra’s ranking. I did this visualization exercise for about 5 minutes. And then I just released it into the Universe and carried on with my life and my work as usual. I didn’t care about the outcome of it, I just SURRENDERED to the Universe and ALLOWED my blessings to happen HOWEVER and WHENEVER. And it happened within my physical realm TODAY. And yes, I am VERY thankful!

Hold on loosely, allow it to shift into your physical realm. Just let it all do its thing, no attachments to it, and watch how fast it emerges into our physical “reality”!

Progress Happens in Spurts That Continue Over Time

You know the law of attraction, like attracts like. And this is so true! But what they may not tell you is that manifesting is a journey, it’s a progression that happens in spurts that continue over time. I have manifested SO MUCH in the course of 2 years; but, it’s not like it was all roses each day over these past 2 years. We are really hard on ourselves when we aren’t making uphill progress every single day.

Why do we put so much PRESSURE ourselves to perform at optimum levels 100% of the time?

Give Yourself a Break! Break Off a Piece of That Peace of MIND

Do you know there are blessings that happen to you, FOR you, each day? You may not realize them because when you think of the law of attraction your expectations of receiving your manifestations are that you’re supposed to receive through miraculous Hollywood moments. However, each day IS filled with miraculous moments. They are just moments we all tend to take for granted such as your warm bed to sleep in, your shoes you walk in, your fridge that holds your food, food itself, and even your own toilet!

There are souls in the world who WISH they could have the things and the people you DO have your in your life right now.

So, give yourself a break. Manifesting is journey, and the progression of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you are calling into your physical realm mainly happen in spurts that continue over time. They happen over time. Time is all relative, anyway.

When you put it all into perspective and think about it, the ones who “succeed in life” are the ones who don’t give up. The ones who “succeed” in manifesting their life goals and dreams are the ones who understand that blessings are all around us, each and every day. It’s in the “little things” that we CHOOSE to believe they aren’t, in fact, little things at all.

I Have a Challenge for You

For this week each day (doesn’t matter when during the day) I want you to journal out and state with real conviction 10 things/people/moments you are thankful to have in your life. There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for in each day. And when you DECLARE them with true conviction how thankful you ARE for everything in your life, your gratitude vibrates your tiny, fast-moving particles within the Universe and communicates to the Universe through its boomerang effect: more of this please.

And as you practice gratitude each day during your Mastering Your Mindset journaling, you build upon it, thus gaining momentum with your intentions you are setting for yourself and for your life. Bonus! You are always manifesting either away from your desires or towards your desires. So, when you build your gratitude, you build your path moving even closer to your manifestations. YES! It’s so true!

No sense in beating yourself up over things in your life.

The more you focus on beating yourself up and not on loving yourself by being thankless, the easier it will get for you to CONTINUE beating yourself up and not loving yourself. Thus, you are moving farther away from gratitude…and you are vibrating within the Universe that you want MORE of the same.

Your Power is in the NOW

Keep going each day. No need to obsess over what you are currently manifesting into your life. You ARE manifesting it and it IS yours and it IS coming to you, FOR you. Do not worry that it’s not happening! It IS happening, just relax and be thankful for everything you DO have in your life, including the people and the moments you experience in your life.

For example, I am SO THANKFUL for my big, purple, velvety, and comfy couch I sit on each day because I get to open my laptop (another blessing) and help many souls around this phenomenal planet through my messages, my book, and trainings to living a positive mindset and gaining clarity about life’s truest purpose for our happiness.

Your power is in the NOW, it’s right now. It’s not next year, it’s not last year, and it’s not even next week. It’s in the right NOW. Today. We are not promised tomorrow, we only have today. What are you CHOOSING to focus on with regards to today? What are you thankful for in today’s gifts? And what are you CHOOSING to believe that is your truth. It’s all relative, the particles are vibrating, why not have them vibrate into shapes and forms that you want MORE OF into your physical realm? We don’t see with our eyes, we see with our mind.

Our eyes are only our windows, wash them occasionally, so you can SEE with your mind everything you CHOOSE to focus on in your life.

And believe, believe in the Universe because it IS working behind the scenes to re-arrange everything on your path. It IS giving you either exactly what you are asking for; or, it is giving you things that are SO MUCH BETTER for your soul’s highest happiness. Be thankful, count your blessings, and do the challenge I mentioned above for this next week (and do it every day). You’ve got this!

I Just Want to Scream! And NOT in the Good Way

It feels like lava is in my esophagus and it’s slowly rising into my mouth. Yet, I keep calm despite the fact that lately there is a lot of funk in the air, and many people are being extremely rude towards me and to others.

Are you the type of person who bottles up your emotions inside of you? And then you burst all at once?

Or, are you the type to have outbursts in the exact moment of something influencing your mood?

Do you take your anger and frustrations out on OTHERS? Or, do you tend to become angry and frustrated with YOURSELF?

Do you go straight to the source when you are angry or frustrated to hash it out? Or, do you go to others and vent about them, instead?

I Have a Secret

I have a tendency to bottle up my negative emotions for fear of “rocking the boat.” I sometimes bottle up my positive ones, too, for fear of showing any kind of attachment.

I have more to disclose: I take out my anger and frustrations on myself. I try to figure out what I did wrong. And sometimes I vent to people who are close to me (but not at them) BECAUSE I’m trying to figure out what the hell just happened.

We All Have Our Moments of Feeling Like A Ticking Time-Bomb

I ask these questions because I find they are important in getting to know yourself in how you operate under pressure. Furthermore, it helps you to be able to be more AWARE of your emotional reactions vs. more thought-provoking responses.

While we can’t always adjust our emotional temperature 24/7, there are some things to keep in mind and practice while performing your Mastering Your Mindset journaling to BE more aware and take your power back within yourself.

So Ask Yourself While Journaling Out The Following:

1) Is bottling up my current emotions/unleashing my current emotions through hasty reactions going to SOLVE/HELP the current situation? State your case: why or why not?

2) Is bottling up my current emotions/unleashing my current emotions through hasty reactions going to HELP my relationships with others in my work life and/or personal life? State your case: why or why not?

3) When I think of my current challenge that is influencing my negative emotions, what am I TRULY afraid of about it? WHY am I afraid of this outcome?

4) What could I be thinking and doing in order to SHIFT from these emotionally-charged feelings of frustrations or anger so that I no longer feel like I am out of control of myself and my life?

Remember

Everything IS temporary. What you are currently undergoing right now is not going to be the same a month, 3 months, 6 months, or even a year from now. And what is the best way to take your power back within your soul and put yourself back into the driver’s seat? Gain KNOWLEDGE around your thoughts/feelings of WHY you are thinking/feeling this way. In addition, Google some articles to read to further understand that you are NOT alone in your feelings. Lastly, you CAN and you WILL get through this.

Whether or not you take your frustrations or anger out on others, or you bottle them up inside and explode all at once, you ARE ultimately responsible for YOUR responses. We all have our emotionally-charged moments, but we always have a CHOICE in how we want to go forward with the situation at hand. And while it can be challenging to remember during these emotionally-charged moments, practice makes for progression in empowering yourself for WHEN you have these charged moments.

When you practice at thinking and feeling how you TRULY want to think and feel, it gets easier and the outside influences won’t affect you the way they used to affect you BECAUSE you are in the driver’s seat of your soul and of your mindset. Everything is relative and nothing is permanent in this Universe (except change, change is always constant).

Mastering Your Mindset Conscious Conditioning

It’s FRIDAY! Every Friday in our amazing Manifest It! group is Mastering Your Mindset day! I post mindset journaling prompts to help you get clear around what you are manifesting! In order to SHIFT your subconscious (where your beliefs are rooted), you have to create an imprint into your conscious mind.

Practice makes progress, and progress brings about the manifestation

This also goes for when you have challenging moments of feeling doubt, hopelessness, guilt, unworthiness, confusion, and anything else that have you thinking and feeling limiting beliefs.

What you are thinking and feeling IS normal, the more you get comfortable with this, the easier it gets to lean into your faith with yourself and in the Universe.

There is ALWAYS a reason WHY for your thoughts and feelings. Furthermore, change is a GOOD thing in life. Let’s dig into understanding your WHY and let’s start brainstorming and committing to healthy changes that EMPOWER you.

So let’s get started!

1) Finish this sentence: Right now I am manifesting (insert) and I am feeling like it is easy/hard (you pick which one) to do because…(finish the because part at least 10 times)

2) With regards to what you answered in #1, WHY? What is the REASON for this?

3) True or false: I deeply trust my own decision-making abilities in my life. Why or why not?

4) Now that I know WHY I either do or do not trust my own decision-making abilities in my life, I am feeling (finish this sentence 10 times).

5) Answer this question 10 times: what can I do in order to release any distrust or deepen my trust I may have about myself and my life?

6) What can I do in order to deepen my faith in my soul and the Universe? Answer at least 10 times.

7) Now that I have ideas on how I can learn to trust myself, deepen my trust within myself, trust the Universe more, and understand what my soul/intuition is communicating to me, I am feeling…(answer at least 10 times)

8) Finish this sentence 10 times: starting RIGHT NOW I am committed to…in order to deepen my self-love and my faith in myself and in the Universe’s timing and the “how”.

9) Write this out with complete conviction 10 times: I AM open, relaxed, and trusting the Universe to do its magic. I AM committed to taking inspired actions around my soul’s calling on a daily basis!

Really get raw and honest with yourself. Practicing mindset thoughts create mindset beliefs. Mindset beliefs are magnets that attract more into your realm. You CAN shift your thoughts, your focus, and what you are attracting. It takes practice, and conscious practicing creates the imprint into your subconscious. You’ve got this!

Follow your soul’s calling, your soul’s nudges are when you are feeling inspired, so take inspired actions and SHOW the Universe what you truly desire. The Universe IS manifesting it all for you, raise your vibration and TRUST yourself, TRUST your soul, and TRUST the Universe- for it knows the timing and the “how”.

Forgiveness- Facing What Scares You (The Special Halloween Edition)

Forgiveness is the most powerful thing that you can do for your physiology and your spirituality, and it remains one of the least attractive things to us, largely because our egos rule so unequivocally. To forgive is somehow associated with saying that it is all right, that we accept the evil deed. But this is not forgiveness. Forgiveness means that you fill yourself with love and you radiate that love outward and refuse to hang onto the venom or hatred that was engendered by the behaviors that caused the wounds.

For me, when you are unable to learn how to forgive yourself, it stunts you from being able to mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically grow to level UP in your life. Holding on to the past, holding on to whoopsies (note: I am saying “whoopsie”, not “whoopie”…but maybe that whoopie was a whoopsie, too), and holding on to hurt, anger, and embarrassment keeps you stagnant in your present and for your own future.

So let’s level up and start forgiving ourselves as well as anything and anyone else we need to forgive in order to level the fuck UP into our version 2.0 selves…calling in all of our manifestations…and being OPEN and ALLOWING all of our blessings to come into our lives (both planned and unplanned).

Journal out the following:

1) What do I need to forgive myself for in order to release what is no longer serving my soul for its highest happiness?

2) Answer this question at least 5 times: how can I forgive myself for these things? What could I be thinking from now on? What could I be doing from now on?

3) Who do I need to forgive from hurting me in order to release it because it’s no longer serving my soul for its highest happiness?

4) Answer this question at least 5 times: how can I forgive them for hurting me? What could I be thinking from now on so that I do not limit myself in my present and my future about this? What could I be doing from now on in order to show myself I have moved on from this hurt?

5) Let’s flip it around! Finish this sentence 10 times: if I choose to not forgive, what is it allowing me to continue to think?

6) Let’s keep flipping it around! Finish this sentence 10 times: if I choose to not forgive, what is it allowing me to continue to feel?

7) Let’s flip it around furthermore! Finish this sentence 10 times: if I choose to not forgive, what is it allowing me to continue to do in my life?
