Soulful Secret Tip: Manifest More Money Using This!

Hey Amazing Soul,

You’ve heard it before, especially from me, “Money is just energy.” And really, that’s all it is. That’s all it is because it’s paper and mathematical figures on computer screens. Nevertheless, so many souls feel stuck around manifesting more money into their lives. Note: if this is you, you are NOT stuck, you just FEEL stuck, there is a big difference. Here are my tips to help you unblock your mental money woes.

Journal Out the Following:

1) Write down how much money you need right now for this month only. Notice I said, “need” and “this month only”.

2) Write out in detail what you need it for and why you need it. Think in terms of visualizations. Describe it through your journaling in detail such as:

Each month I pay $X for my rent/mortgage so that I can come home at night to a warm and comfy apt/house filled with beautiful purple and black furniture. My pets greet me at the door each night when I get home from work, and when I get home I can fully relax on my big, cushioned purple couch with blue blankets!

3) Write down everything you can think of about money that is a negative belief. For example, “Money is a limited resource.”

4) Now write down the OPPOSITE of these negative beliefs about money and state your fact for why the opposite is true. For example, “Money is just energy, and energy is incredibly abundant because it makes up our entire Universe and our planet! I am energy, too!”

5) Take what you wrote in #1 for why you need the money for this month, only, and re-write your sentences in a way like:

Thank you SO MUCH for $X, I am able to pay $X each month for my apt/home and I feel so blessed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Do it for each reason why you need the money for this month.

6) Now take a piece of paper and write “money” on the center of it. Circle the word and write around the bubble all the POSITIVE things about how much money you receive each month in your life. For example, “Money is good because I can buy healthy food, and ice cream, too!”

7) Now that you KNOW how much money comes to you, write out and finish this sentence at least 20 times ANY and EVERY way you are now ALLOWING abundance to flow into your physical realm:

I am ALWAYS abundant with money because…

Some people tell me, “journaling/writing is such a chore.” Listen, I get it. Some days I don’t feel like writing or typing a single letter; however, through the successfully proven compound effect, 5 minutes in your day adds up to BIG desired results for you. Here me out:

Why Writing Your New Reality as IS Works with Manifesting

Many centuries ago in the 1600’s Galileo Galilei, one of our greatest scientists who paved the way for both science and engineering as it stands today, used the powerful tool of writing to express his observations and theories about our Universe.

Well, society did not like his writings because they were so controversial to religion. Because of Galileo’s powerful thoughts put onto paper, he was sentenced to house arrest until his death. In 1992, over 300 years later, the Vatican apologized to Galileo and admitted that he was right in his writings all along.

I’m not knocking religion, I’m stating how powerful writing IS because of Galileo’s influence within our society. Writing holds so much power to it, so much that when you write something onto paper, you aren’t writing it down and deeming it to be false. When was the last time you wrote something down and you intentionally knew it was false? Unless you’re a fiction writer, but even fiction writers bring characters and stories to life because as we read or watch them, we believe they ARE real!

I recently read an article by NPR about Ruben Malayan, an artist and professor, explaining the power of the written word. He states, “It’s like a rhythm, like you’re playing the piano…if you receive a letter from someone, written to you, the energy of the writer is passed on.”

This is why Law of Attraction WORKS, especially when writing your reality as IS onto paper, because your energy of your own particles bouncing around IS the messenger TO the Universe. You are writing TO the Universe what you are commanding with your beliefs. The Universe operates in a boomerang effect, so of course it is going to return this reflection back TO you.

It’s a scientific, physical law.

Tips to Help You Stay on Your Soul’s Path

So, use the methods of the Law of Attraction and speed up your emerging desires into your physical realm through writing with conviction for about 5-10 minutes (or longer if you wish) each day.

Write a letter to the Universe and state, “Thank you so much for…” because you ALREADY have it. It’s done! Show your gratitude of already living your new reality as IS in the present through your letter.

Here are a few helpful tips to keep you on your soul’s path while you are trusting the manifesting process:

1. Get clear about your desires through your letter to the Universe (DECIDE)

2. State, “Thank you for…” in your letter (showing authentic gratitude)

3. Take inspired actions (to SHOW the Universe you mean business)

4. Trust the process because everyone’s journey is unique (surrender)

5. Acknowledge and be thankful for everything being sent to you because you are growing and learning from each of these blessings (the leveling up process)

6. Detach from your outcome being super specific because either exactly what you want IS emerging; or, something MUCH BETTER comes to you, for you (all of the above)

Appreciation and gratitude are states of pure love, while attachment contains fear – fear of losing or not having what you are attached to.

Do You Need to Slow Down?

Hey Sensational Soul!

Do you need to slow down? Maybe you are “go-go-going” too much each day and week. Or, maybe you are not allowing yourself to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night (the necessary ingredient to having more energy). Maybe you are “grabbing something” to eat 2 to 3 times per day instead of sitting for about 20 minutes and enjoying your meal you prepared.

Listen, I get it. Boy, do I get it. And when I get INTO the above habits, I start noticing I gain more weight because I’m trying to substitute so much in order to buy another 5 or 10 minutes in my day.

Is my “extra 5 or 10 minutes” really worth my extra 5 to 10 POUNDS I gain?

Sure, I substitute coffee for sleep (including that yummy, sugary creamer and when I crash, I’m tired).

Yes, I substitute grabbing something quick to eat for preparing meals so that I give myself an “extra 10 minutes” to get something else done in my day (and that “something quick” is a few slices of cheese…x 7 days per week…PLUS the creamer from the coffee throughout the day…just call me the “Dairy Queen”).

When You Are Exhausted, But Don’t Realize It

I just got back from vacation and you know what I did throughout my vacation with my sweet chemist? Both of us (my sweet chemist and I) literally slept almost the ENTIRE 6 days we were “disconnected” from our daily habits.

He’s always traveling, works in a lab, gives seminars/presentations, has meetings for what feels like 24/7 for him. I’m always staring at Excel spreadsheets, posting all over the Internet (multiple times per day), taking care of the animals, giving interviews for my books/work, meeting with the physicists to help them with their needs, working with my 1:1 clients, preparing content for my VIP group, the list goes on.

Before I even realized it I was up 10 pounds…despite the fact that I’m constantly moving around.

So, I just want to take a moment and let you know those 6 days of HOURS and HOURS of sleep I got were like burn-out recovery. My latest vacation was me recovering from the type of lifestyle I was starting to adopt.

And for what?
What was I doing all of this for?
And why?
Is life really a race?
Is “success” really a competition?
And who am I competing with?

((GASP))…at me being a human being (but, it happens)…was I “doing” all the things because I wasn’t trusting the Universe to deliver my latest manifestation I am currently calling into my physical realm?

Am I ACTUALLY THAT distrusting towards the Universe to deliver my blessings?

Why are we constantly “struggling” by pushing ourselves SO MUCH each day?
Why aren’t we relaxing and allowing more?
And why are we, as humans, so addicted to the “go-go-going” and the struggle of “not enough time in the day to…”?

And…

What would happen if I just RELAX and ALLOW myself to operate in the motion of “flow and ease” each day rather than allowing myself to feel the stress and struggle of “not being enough”?

These make for AMAZING Mastering Manifasting journaling exploration. So, while I do mine, I challenge you to ask yourself the same questions around some of your daily habits during your Mastering Manifasting journaling exploration.

PS- I really want to know what you come up with, so reply and let me know! I bet you don’t even realize some of what you are “substituting for” just like I didn’t realize I was doing this past month. I realize it now, because I took 6 days to SLEEP. But, I didn’t realize just how much I was substituting for…until now because I was so wrapped up in the “go-go-going” of it all.

And you know what I found out?

While doing my own Mastering Manifasting journaling I realize I was behaving this way, adopting these self-limiting habits, because well, yeah! I WASN’T 1000% FULLY trusting the Universe’s process. Ha! Yep, I’m human, just like everyone else.

So what can I do going forward?

Remind myself that it’s perfectly OKAY to not have to hustle, struggle, stress-the-*@%^-out, and try to be some kind of super human…that doesn’t exist anyway. And did I manifest ANY of my past blessings adopting this kind of crazy, self-sabotaging behavior and habits? HELL NO.

So, even us Master Manifasters (this includes you) has our moments. After this long rant of a blog-post, I’m here to remind you to:

Take a break
Meditate
Do yoga
Go on a walk
Take a nap
Color
Do your Mastering Manifasting journaling daily
Play with your pets
Hang out with your kids playing games and reading books
Read a book
Drink some herbal tea
Drink some water (throw some fruit into it, too)
CHILL OUT and RELAX sometimes

It doesn’t mean you aren’t receiving your manifestations- you still ARE receiving them– they ARE on their way to you now. Let’s give ourselves permission to relax because we ARE allowed to do so. We cannot go from one distraction to another 100% of the time while at the same time attempting to get ahead more quickly on our journey.

Everything happens exactly how it should happen and when it should happen. So, let’s chill out, take care of ourselves mentally and physically, and keep going.

We’ve got this.
