Need to Reboot Your Support System?


Sometimes during the holidays we get super stressed out because of extra holiday bills, unforeseen bills, spending time with different family personalities, societal and family expectations, must I go on? The holidays are supposed to be a time of “joyfulness” and “cheer”.

The holidays are not easy for me. I’m just going to be flat out honest about my holiday situation each year. I have 2 pets and their vet bills are INSANE between the months of October-January. I’m talking $650+ each month on vet bills alone. Mix it with my regular monthly living expenses, plus my monthly and annual business expenses being due…

A few weeks ago one of my cousins decided to take her own life. While I was around her a lot as a child, it still hurts me because this is how I remember her: as a child. I was crying for a few days because of so many emotions that were hitting me all at once.

Inside each of us are children wanting to be loved.

Which brings me to the point of my message:

How are you doing given the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? Do you have a strong support system?

If not, I highly encourage you to EVALUATE YOUR PEER SUPPORT SYSTEM because the holidays are a tough time for a lot of people. When you have a positive support system through healthy friendships and relationships, it makes the holiday season better to get through each year.

Are You Too Hard On Yourself?

What we sometimes see on TV and in the movies about how we are supposed to feel each holiday season is not real life. But everyone just eats it up as if this is what we are expected to live up to during this time of the year.

I’m here to remind you that it’s perfectly okay to give yourself permission to give yourself a break. You’re allowed to do so. Keep placing one foot in front of the other because you are so worthy of being happy.

And if you need to reboot your peer support system, do it because it helps you so much more than you realize. I believe in you, Beautiful Soul!

Hey Amazing Soul,

Last week I was sick from my Angioedema. It was such a struggle for me to gain energy, to feel rested, to eat, to sleep, and to get back to my normal self. I feel better, but I have a question for you:

When you don’t get enough rest, do you ever feel sick?

It’s strange because if I don’t get at least 6.5 – 7 hours of sleep I feel sick to my stomach the next day, which is totally out of my soul’s alignment with the Universe. How can we successfully use the Law of the Attraction when we’re feeling out of alignment?

This morning I was thinking about the importance of sleep and how it not only helps you to ManiFAST in your life and in your business, it also helps you in a few other areas that most of us want to improve in our lives:

1) Weight management
2) Youthfulness
3) Wealth
4) Overall mood and peace of mind
