Hey Amazing Soul!

I’m staring to piece together your Law of Attraction and manifesting questions from my free Q&A message the other day. I’m excited I have specific questions to help you with your manifestation journey!

Now I have a question for you: are you empathetic and highly sensitive like I am? Do some people’s behaviors bother you so much that you get frustrated by how they don’t seem to understand the importance of being treated as human instead of being treated as an object for their own selfish gain in the world?

Lately, I have been furrowing my eyebrows together quite a bit over some people’s behaviors, especially from SUCCESSFUL business owners who are deemed “leaders” by many souls.

I was interviewed for a feature story with Authority Magazine about what it’s like living in the world as an empath and a highly sensitive person.

I explore the signs of what an empath and highly sensitive person experiences, as well as tips to help you weed out toxic souls and behaviors so that you don’t wind up falling off your path of manifesting everything you dream (and MORE) into your physical space.

Because energy is precious.

I even talk about how I handle stubborn souls, such as some of the extremely gifted physicists I work around (insert smiles).

How are you doing? I hope you’re still making the most with everything that is going on in the world right now and making time for your “me time” each week. Being thankful for our family and loved ones is definitely important, but so is being thankful for the love you give to YOURSELF.

I’d like to open this up for a freebie Q&A. Do you have a specific manifesting question? Throughout the year I book 1:1 hourly mentoring sessions with you. But right now, given the Coronavirus pandemic, it’s super important to generate and remain in a positive flow of energy with yourself and your life. As a result, you receive your desires more quickly with EASE. More blessings come TO you this way.

It’s okay not to do everything perfectly, and it’s okay to give yourself a break. Rest when feeling off-kilter, but don’t quit altogether!

Hey Beautiful Soul,

I want to thank EVERYONE so much for your kind messages over the past few days. This past week has been trying on my mindset from online trolls calling me a Hollywood “yacht girl”, my work being called “snake oil”, to having lost my little cat, Zoe, 2 days ago. She was my sweet girl I had for 12 years. Gilley, my dog, and I are now trying to get adjusted to living without her. I feel a little better now, but I will admit losing her is not easy for me. We wish our pets could stay with us and transition with us at the same time.

I’m sure given our world’s current situation there is a lot of anxiety right now for most of us, including me. I really hope you are not listening to anything that is being said except for what the CDC and WHO publishes with regards to your medical well-being.

Life is like a roller coaster, there’s ups AND downs, including with your thoughts and emotions. One thing I do to help get my soul back into alignment whenever I have wobbly moments is to create a self-alignment checklist and I keep it in my wallet in my handbag for a quick grab.

I create my self-alignment checklist when I’m feeling IN alignment. But, I use the checklist when I need to get myself BACK INTO alignment.

For your Mastering ManiFASTing journaling (and to create your checklist), write out:

Right now I’m thinking… (literally write this out so when you’re thinking negative thoughts you can finish this sentence in the moment either by talking to yourself or writing it out)
Right now I’m feeling… (literally write this out so when you’re feeling panicked, stressed, scared, etc. you can finish this sentence in the moment either by talking to yourself or writing it out)
I acknowledge you and I now choose to release you because you are not serving my soul for my highest happiness.
I am now choosing, instead, to think… (finish this sentence right now with empowering thoughts you want to think, so when you’re in a negative state you can switch directions with your empowering intentions in that specific moment)
I am now choosing, instead, to feel… (finish this sentence right now with descriptions of feelings that you want to feel, so when negative thoughts strike you can switch directions BECAUSE of your empowering intentions through your chosen focus)

Self-Alignment Checklist: Mission Accomplished

Great job! This handy self-alignment checklist is a guide for you for anytime you feel wobbly while on your soul’s path of manifesting. Of course, you can always change your open-ended answers at any point in time. The beauty of this is you’re giving yourself permission to choose how you want to think and feel going forward.

Acknowledge the negative thought/feeling, allow it to pass through you, set your empowering intentions and go forth in that direction. You’ve got this!
