Hey Sensational Soul!

I had such a low vibe yesterday and for a good portion of this morning. I decided to throw on my most favorite song (on repeat) and journal out what my soul truly wants to do in this world!

In keeping with the theme of transparency, I have decided to disclose and share with you what my soul’s true calling is with regards to humanity, animals, and in science and medical research. So here it is, this is what my calling is in life.

What is your calling in this Universe, and how are you moving towards your soul’s truest purpose in life?

When You Are Feeling Low Vibe- Transparency

Sensational Soul!

We all have these days…you just feel like things are taking so long to come to fruition. I understand how you feel. I know it can be frustrating when you have your life goals and desires you really want in your life- and you really want them now. Why is it taking so long? Why is it so hard? Why do others seem to obtain so easily?

Believe me, I, too, have asked these questions. You see last year during this month I had NO idea I was going to publish a book. I always wanted to write and do something to help others, but I didn’t actually see myself doing it. I was scared. I feared failure. I feared what others would think of me.

Today I am feeling low vibe. I am going to be transparent with you for a moment and disclose something: when I envisioned my book being published, I envisioned thousands of souls all over the world using it to help them manifest their dreams and a better life for themselves! I published at the beginning of January. I have sold hundreds of books, I have received SO MANY success stories from souls all around the world from my book. And today? Today I am feeling sorry for myself because I thought by now, the end of May, my book would have reached MANY more souls around the world. I thought by now I would have had thousands of sales- which means thousands of LIVES are being changed for the way better!

I spent today napping, writing, watching reruns of Big Bang Theory, and just reflecting on why it seems other people can quickly achieve their goals and it’s been almost 6 months since I’ve published and I feel like I am so far behind with my business, Manifest It!, as Journal Girl Jaclyn. These last 2 weeks I have lost email followers, people have dropped out of my free Facebook group, I just feel like I’m totally losing my connection to the souls I really want to help. I work full time for physicists, so I am often feeling like “I don’t have enough time to grow my business”. This is my story I am telling myself, anyway, for the reason why I am moving at a turtle-like pace these past few months.

This is where I know I am human: I am comparing myself and my own success to other people. We all have ups and downs, we are human after all. I received another 5-star review on Amazon today and it totally lifted my spirits! I am truly thankful to be able to help the hundreds of people I have helped so far. So why am I so melancholy?

I am trying to control everything again…I cannot do this because this only pushes the manifestations further away. I’m telling you all of this because I learned last year that you CANNOT try to control your surroundings, or your environment. You cannot and should not try to FORCE anything. And we ALL have gifts that influence the world, we cannot and should not compare ourselves to other people’s success.

When you have a low vibe day like this it is important to remember and remind yourself of ALL of your blessings- even the small ones like that yummy piece of chocolate.

So this is what I asked myself today during my Mastering Your Mindset journaling:

1) Why do I feel so sad?

2) What has happened in the last year that I am proud of happening?

3) Around this time last year what was I hoping for in my life?

4) Why do I want to manifest what I currently want to manifest?

5) What are my current challenges in overcoming my blocks in order to manifest what I am currently manifesting?

6) What do I love about myself and about my business? What do I love about my life? What do I love about my relationships with others?

7) Feeling the way I do today is only a “story” I am telling myself. Why is it only a “story”? What can I say, think, feel, and do to rebuke my “story”?

Try these out in your mindset journaling and let me know what you come up with, you’ve got this! Remember, everything is temporary, even your own thoughts and feelings. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes; but, don’t allow it to unpack and live within your mindset. Acknowledge your thoughts and feelings, and allow them to pass through you because they are only “stories”.

Focus on the thoughts and feelings that empower you and lift you up. Surround yourself with a support system that elevates you. And most of all, focus on what you DO WANT because the Universe has a special time and a special way for your soul’s highest happiness. It can be hard to realize this sometimes. TRUST the Universe, it IS manifesting exactly what you want. Relax, have fun, and enjoy your soul’s path along the way.

Tomorrow is a new day. Usually having low vibes are followed by wonderful breakthroughs. A wave pulls back before it surges forward. A bow pulls the arrow back before it propels forward. You’ve got this! Keep going!

Those Feelings Of Being Overwhelmed

Hey Sensational Soul!

Just popping in because I want to give you a tip:

When you are feeling overwhelmed, remember that this, too, shall pass. Your feelings are temporary, your thoughts are temporary. ACKNOWLEDGE your thoughts and feelings; but, don’t dwell on them and allow them to remain within you as your FOCUS. Focus on what you consider to be your blessings, even if it’s something very small such as a cup of tea.

Gratitude = MORE things/people/events to feel BLESSED about. As you spend each day during your Mastering Your Mindset journaling, write out 10 to 15 things you feel blessed about and then journal out WHY you feel blessed to have them. Mix it up each day! Start with your 5 senses and explore all the up to your life’s biggest moments that you are so thankful to have experienced.

The JOY In Your Journey

Some of my favorite teachings are from Dr. Wayne Dyer, Buddha, Abraham Hicks, and Rumi. All teach the importance of love and joy in life. All teach that the past is history, so there is really no reason to dwell on it. And all teach that in THIS moment, your present, your life, YOU hold the keys to your future. You create your reality.

Every Friday in our Facebook community, Manifest It!, I give free Mastering Your Mindset prompts to help you SHIFT from negative limiting thoughts and into more EMPOWERING and POWERFUL mindset beliefs.

You get a choice: you can choose to continue to dwell on the past. Or, you can take control of your mindset, take control of your present, and CREATE your future using the power of physics to help you manifest your NEW REALITY into your physical realm.

Here is a sneak peak of my manifesting methods given every Friday in the closed Facebook group:

Today we are going to utilize the power of affirmations! When you write with CONVICTION, and you do it DAILY, you start to imprint into your subconscious what you are consciously training. And then your mindset starts to SHIFT because it feels like second-nature to you. Are you ready!? Let’s do this!

Journal out the following:

1) What are some things that bring feelings of calm, joy, and inspiration to you (it can be actions that you take, smells, colors, whatever)? List at least 15.

2) Pick your top 5-7 things from number 4 and circle them. THEN, each time you perform your mindset journaling PAIR THEM TOGETHER. So for example, if you love the smell of vanilla, light a candle and then do your mindset journaling while it is lit. Another example would be if you love to do yoga, do your yoga to uplift you and then perform your mindset journaling right afterward. Open the channels of training your mindset!

3) What are your daily non-negotiables? We all have busy lives, but if we REALLY WANT our manifestations, we must COMMIT to being consistent with giving ourselves the mental and physical loving care that we DESERVE. So from now on, you are going to have daily non-negotiables. What are they? List at least 5-7 things you are COMMITTING to thinking/feeling/doing each day starting NOW!

And you CAN shift your mindset from a limiting place and into a more positive and abundant place.

The “Vibrational Essence” that Abraham Hicks speaks of is exactly what I am teaching: getting into your place of JOY and manifesting into your physical realm because you are ENJOYING your journey. When you plead from a place of “need”, you subconsciously push your manifestation AWAY from you. So, get into your place of JOY, get into it every single day. Train your mindset to FOCUS on joy and on feeling GOOD in general in order to reach that vibrational essence of what you desire.

Relax, release, and surrender to the Universe’s timing and the “how” of receiving your new reality. It IS manifesting, the Universe works behind the scenes and as soon as you STOP clinging to the need of your desires…BAM! They instantly manifest into your physical realm.

A Great BIG Thank You! + Worry Purges = Magic

Hey Sensational Soul!

I just want to take a few minutes and send a great BIG thank you for making my book, Don’t Feel Stuck! Journaling Methods to Transform Your Mindset & Live in Universal Abundance, a part of your life!

Every day I am receiving more and more positive feedback about how my Mastering Your Mindset methods have helped you to manifest your desires into your new reality! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your successes with me! I am so happy for all of you!

Whether you ARE manifesting a smaller pant size, a dream career, quitting smoking, receiving more money, selling your house/car, receiving your dream car, receiving your soulmate and ideal relationship, and/or ANYTHING else, you CAN have it ALL!

About once per month I like to do what I call Worry Purges. This is where I perform my Mastering Your Mindset journaling and I write down everything I am currently worried about. Afterward, in a separate paragraph, I take what I wrote in the previous paragraph but flip it around.

Example 1

Worry Purge:

I am worried I will not be able to retire.

Flip:

I am CHOOSING to believe the Universe is always providing FOR me. I am CHOOSING to be OPEN in receiving ALL blessings in life. I am no longer worried about retiring because I CHOOSE to believe I am fully abundant and the Universe always has my back. Each day gets easier and easier in life because I CHOOSE to be thankful for all of my blessings. I look forward to retiring with complete and total ease!

Now, if you are new to mindset journaling, it can feel a bit on the awkward side. Even I thought it was awkward at first. However, through repetition and consistency, it starts to become second nature for you…which speed up your manifestations!

Example 2

Worry Purge:

I am feeling so tired and stressed out because I am getting older and I have nothing saved up for myself.

Flip:

I am CHOOSING to believe there IS enough time for me to receive all of my desires, including my monetary blessings. I CHOOSE to believe money is a give-give, loving, and positive energy that flows into my life every single day. I love money and money loves me. I am so thankful for ALL of the money I have received so far in my life, and I am truly THANKFUL for all of the money I AM receiving and will continue to receive. Money cannot get enough of me! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for ALL of the blessings I am CHOOSING to be completely OPEN in receiving. Thank you!

Purge your worries! You can even state the OPPOSITE of your worries to help get you started:

Example 3

Worry Purge:

I feel so worried and stressed, I am so tired of life being this way.

Flip:

I NO LONGER feel worried or stressed. I am looking at life through a newly positive lense. I am CHOOSING to feel relaxed, calm, worry-free, and happy. I CHOOSE to feel this way because in doing so I am opening up for more blessings and abundance to flow into my physical realm. I KNOW, TRUST, and BELIEVE by choosing to feel and do things that allow me to feel and be happy, I am living by my true purpose in life. This allows me to follow my soul’s guidance.

Wow! Just taking 5-10 minutes per day to jot down your positive intentions can help you to allow them to manifest into your physical realm.

Again, it may feel a bit awkward at first; however, KEEP GOING! By performing through DAILY repetition and being consistency COMMITTED to shifting your mindset WILL ALLOW yourself to do so and will continue to completely EMPOWER you as you continue on your soul’s path to your new reality! YES!

Your desires and dreams CAN come into your new reality and QUICKLY! So break up with your worries, purge them, and be open to allow for any and every blessing to come into your life!

Write this down RIGHT NOW and say it out loud 5 times:

Either (insert manifestation) IS manifesting; or, something even BETTER IS on its way to me!
